I needed to get a $ amount of a purchase I made back in July on the site and I got through the queue so quickly, I couldn't believe it! The customer service rep dug up the info I needed before I could even get my whole story out. I even liked Fred and Tony's (very flat) rendition of jingle bells! This is a cool/quirky touch for such a big company. Love it! Thanks again!"
