"Dear Zappos, I am amazed at your service!!! I ordered one pair of boots and one pair of shoes on November 3rd. I was emailed my confirmation and tracking number aware that it would arrive in 4-5 business days - which I thought was incredibly fast seeing that there was NO SHIPPING FEE!!! I then received a second email letting me know that the package may come earlier. I was SHOCKED when my husband picked up the mail on November 5th and there was my package. I absolutely love my boots and the shoes are just as great although I have to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller. With your free shipping policy there was no hesitation in buying, and I will definitely spread the word as to how easy you make it to shop on-line. Thank you! "
