"This was the easiest, most pleasant online buying experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was too big, you guys were out of a 7, which is the size I needed. I had 2 days until the dance and was in a bind. I actually found a phone number to call and the CSR was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to pay to get another pair sent out, but they transferred my credit and sent another pair via next day delivery. It was delivered as promised and fit perfect. I returned the other pair via the instructions and the whole process was wonderful. Thank you for great customer service!!! I will be placing many more orders via Zappos!!!"
