But inside, nestled in some paper, were the keys that I have been missing since July! I thought they were gone forever, having checked every place I could think of-and then some. Thank you SO much! One was a key that I had to pay $60.00 to have specially made (the kind with the chip inside) for my Mustang. Another was a key to my husband's car (he might forgive me now) and the last one is to my friend's house (now I can tell her it's not "out there" for someone to burgle her house!). Seriously, I can't thank you enough. I don't know exactly who found them in the stuff I returned, so I don't know exactly who to thank, but I can tell you this-you now have a loyal customer who will tell her husband, family members, and friends to order from you. Any company that goes to that extent to return something that has nothing in it for them is a company I want to do business with!!!"
