"Dear Zappos, It is rare that I have an experience with a company that is so good that I can't stop telling people about it. It is even rarer that the experiences are consistent. I have bought 3 pairs of shoes recently and the speed and service with which my orders were handled is amazing. I called several times and each time I was greeted with a friendly individual that knew exactly how to help me. I was not bombarded with irrelevant information or nonsensical scripted help. I received my product on believably fast (2 out of 3 times 1 day sooner than I was told) and the return process made Nordstrom look bad. I will have a hard time buying shoes at normal brick and mortar store for now on knowing that I can browse the largest selection I have ever seen and purchase confidently. Thanks for being a great company. "
