I have been associated with and involved with the Internet since its inception; the way Zappos.com is conducting its business is just amazing. There is only one other e-tailer that I can compare your service with and they too! are far beyond all others, that is Newegg.com. Whoever is running the show at Zappos has his/her finger on the pulse.
