"I have never written an online testimonial or any other for that matter. I ordered shoes on a Saturday and received them (quite unexpectedly) on a MONDAY!!! How did that happen? I expected with overnight delivery that they would ship Monday and I would get them Tuesday, but to my very delighted surprise I drove up to my house and saw a box that read Zappos. I couldn't believe it! When you order online, you are excited and want the merchandise "now" anyway. This was as close to "now" as you can get! Wow and THANKS! P.S. I love the shoes, too!!! "
