"Two days before school started, my child announced that he needed new shoes. As you can imagine, the stores had pretty slim picking on both style and sizes. We decided to search the internet and ran across your website. Not only did we find the exact brand and style, but you had the size in stock. We ordered the shoes on Sunday before Memorial Day and to our amazement, the shoes arrived on Tuesday. Not sure how you managed to process the order so quickly, but you gained my future business with this one order. My daughter wanted the Uggs Classic Short Boots for Christmas. I first went to another website, but decided to check your website as well. I found your site easy to navigate and when I compared the total cost between the sites, Zappos was cheaper and your ship method was overnight delivery. I placed the order at 6:00 in the evening and the boots were at our door the very next day!!! My daughter’s friend ordered her from the other website and it took 10 days for the manufacture of the boot to ship the product, plus they ended up paying more in the end. I am completely sold with Zappos and recommend your website to all my friends and co-workers. Thank you!"
