"I just wanted to thank you for the exceptional shopping experience. I bought a pair of shoes, which actually came to my door by the next day as promised! Because of the customer comments posted about them, I decided I needed to buy the shoes a half size larger than I normally wear. LOL, of course the shoes were 1/2 size too large. For some reason, I am unable to access my account from your website, so I called the service center. I must say, I was totally surprised by your Service Rep. She was very friendly. She offered to immediately send me the shoes in my size and will email me a "free of charge" return shipping label. I think for a second, "What's the catch?"
