"I called customer support with a question that they answered for me. After the call ended I got an unsolicited call back from them within 10 minutes indicating that they were in error with some of the info they had provided and wanted me to have the correct info. I was impressed that they took the time to get it right. I ordered my ASICS' Gel-Cumulus® 9 at about 10 PM on a Tuesday night and on Thursday the shoes were at my door step. Sweet!! I wear a wide shoe (4E) and Zappos has a wonderful selection of wide shoes although the color selection was not all that terrific. I will not hesitate to patronize Zappos again or recommend them to others. "
