"Dear Zappos, Just a note to say a big thank you for taking the mountaineering boots back. I bought them for my son in June of 2006. He never got to use them. I put them in a closet and forgot about them until now, March of 2007. That's 9 months. I called your customer service department and your representative was great. I told her I had no box and no tags on the boots but they had never been worn. She told me to find a box, pack up the boots and add a special confirmation number with the boots and that my credit card would be refunded when Zappos received the boots back. I just got the email confirmation that you got my boots and the refund is in process. To top it all off you paid for shipping to me and back to you. I have just called everyone I know about you great service and I particularly let Outward Bound Wilderness adventures know how good you are so they can recommend you to their participants that need footwear. You have EVERYTHING. I now can reorder different hiking boots and water shoes with that refund for my son's next trip. Sincerely, Sterling, VA"
