I found you, found him shoes and when it was time to mail the others back, I was incredulous at how swiftly and courteously I was treated. Last week, I think it was on Oprah, I saw the president of Zappos who explained his goal was to have a business with wonderful customer service, and that he hopes to expand that art to an even more ambitious endeavor like an airline.
