"I DO tell everyone about Zappos.com - I was in a department store not long ago and a man was shopping with his wife - looking for certain type of shoe. I asked them if they had ever shopped Zappos online and he looked at me like I was from another planet! I explained about the website and told him even when I do find shoes I like at a store, I try them on, get the brand, size and skew number and come straight home and find them on Zappos - often less expensive than at the department store. I also told them the shipping (both ways if return is necessary) is FREE - they had me write down the website and they headed out the door to go home and shop... All of my friends and family know about Zappos - they have even stopped asking me where I find my shoes. Living in Birmingham, Alabama there are not a lot of options for shopping for shoes - so nice to have the option of a 'store' where I can find different styles and great service. Thank you!
