"What can I say besides that I'm impressed with your service. I own a company that sends parts out throughout the world everyday and we aren't anywhere near as efficient as your company. I ordered around 8 PM, received the shoes the next day. They had a manufacturing fault (a dimple that wouldn't come out). I contacted you and you sent another pair (your last pair of size 15) and I received them the next day. Unfortunately I don't think you made any money on sending them twice and paying for the freight back. I told my wife the story and she asked me where I purchased them from.
