"To Everyone at Zappos; I thought I would take a few minutes out of my day to write you a thank you. You see, I have always had a hard time finding shoes that fit my 'king size' feet. I have gone multiple years before wearing worn out and tattered shoes instead of getting new pairs because I have very wide and large feet. In fact, it is so uncommon of a size (at least where I live) that when I do find a shoe that fits I have to buy them whether or not I have the money at the time. I have even resorted to wearing shoes that are undersized and extremely uncomfortable, so much so that I have irreversible damage to the very feet that carry me around every day and help me earn my living. All of this until someone told me about Zappos.com. A woman told me that her husband had the same problem, but you guys had just about every size one could imagine. I must say, I have never before been excited to go shoe shopping until now!!!!!!!!! The sheer selection of shoes you have in my size blew my mind. Every local store blew smoke up my 'you know what' saying that no manufacturer even made 15 or 16 4E. Little did they know! Anyway, I do want to extend my gratitude to you and say keep up the great job and keep stocking king size shoes. TRUST ME. You definitely have my future business!! "
