When I read the card it brought such amazement to my heart that a company like Zappos would send a bouquet. I had ordered for my husband and was trying to get him some good walking shoes. He has a high arch and I need shoes with a good support system. So I ordered a variety of Ecco shoes thinking one or two would be right. When I called customer service to get a return label, the lady told me she could connect me to someone to help with the high arch problem. I just explained that I was just home from back surgery and I did not feel well enough to make those decisions today.
