Free shipping is fabulous. And returns are a breeze, too. I shop online a lot, simply because of the convenience factor, and your customer service is absolutely UNPARALLELED! I had to return an order without the original boxes --- husband threw them out before I was sure the shoes were keepers--- and it was not a problem. In addition, your selection is mind-boggling! I am on my feet a lot at school and I positively LOVE the comfort brands you carry! They're hard to find in stores especially in wide widths which I need.
