"Hello to everyone at Zappos! I have used Zappos in the past, and I've always had a great experience. I've always received orders quickly, and buying is so easy and hassle-free. I recently purchased this fantastic pair of red heels. I was already extremely excited about them because I got a great pair of heels for a great price, and because they're adorable. But I was even MORE excited that I got free shipping, and a free return label if I didn't totally love them. Not even 24 hours later, my order had been shipped and had been upped to priority shipping without ANY charge to me. I feel it necessary to tell you how great your company is; because I'm a college student and I do a considerable amount of online shopping. No other company makes it so easy to get a great product at a great price (with SUCH a selection), without being charged for shipping or restock costs.
