"I couldn't believe my eyes today when the UPS truck rolled up with my shoes. You promise overnight delivery, but because I live 40 miles south of town--and Dillon hardly qualifies as a town anyway--"overnight" delivery of anything, whether by the USPO, FedEx, or any other delivery service generally takes a minimum of 3 days and sometimes as long as 5 to 7 days. Why? Apparently no one wants to make a special run out to the middle of nowhere, which is where we live. So, I never expected to receive my shoes so quickly, especially since I didn't order them until nearly midnight on the 19th. Recently, a present I ordered via FedEx overnight delivery took 5 days to get to us. The driver explained that the package had been sitting in the Butte, Montana distribution center until FedEx had a couple more packages going this way (I did take that up with the FedEx customer service people!). Anyway, the shoes are perfect and your service is better than excellent! Thanks so much. I'll spread the word!"
