"I can’t remember how I heard of Zappos.com; however, I can say that I am a repeat customer. Why? Their customer service is amazing, everyone I've talked to is always upbeat and just fun to talk to. (Honestly who updates their greeting EVERY morning? Zappos does!) I had one order that got messed up, it was my failure to update an address. Even though it was MY FAULT, they still fixed it and got me my shoes the very next day. How awesome was that? I tell everyone I can about this website seeing as I love everything about it.
