"I have ordered from Zappos on and off and I must say that I have never experienced anything like it. Not only is the quality of your products excellent, but the customer service is wonderful! Last year I ordered a pair of boots.Turned out they were half a size too small. I spoke with one of your customer service reps and not only was she polite and courteous, but also incredibly helpful. I was just floored when she said she would send the right size boots BEFORE I could even return the ones that were too small!! This is INCREDIBLE!!!! I just got off the phone (again) with your customer service rep. I recently ordered another pair of boots which were a little too bright in color. I'm just a very picky person. Again the rep was wonderful and the service like I've never seen before! Yes, I did exchange the boots for another pair and I can't wait to get them! Which by the way, your shipping is amazingly fast!! Thank you so much!!! Keep up the good work!!! "
