I placed an order the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was shocked and pleasantly surprised to receive it on the Friday, two days later - considering the holiday season. I ordered a pair of boots from another company and after much to-ing and fro-ing, I have ended up waiting a month, for my boots to be shipped, with no answer, as to whether or not they have been expedited, for my trouble. At a time when the economy is in such straits, Customer Service is more important than ever. The boots purchased from the other company, although cheaper in price in comparison to Zappos, are about as good to me as a stick is to a sheep, if I don't have them! As a result, I have made the decision to happily give Zappos my future custom and recommendation, as the saying goes: "Credit, where credit is due." Anyone who knows me will say that I am the "customer from hell", but I will happily give praise, when I receive excellent service. If you have been having doubts to trying Zappos - give them a try, you will not be disappointed. "
