"Dear Zappos, I just had to write to let you know how impressed I am with your service. This is about the third time I have placed an order with Zappos and I have always received great service, but this last delivery really surprised me. I placed my order online last night at approximately 7:00 pm and received my order today at 12:30 pm, 17-1/2 hours from the time I ordered them. And, both pair of slippers was just what I was expecting. However, if they hadn't been, returns are easy, fast, and processed very quickly (I have had to return orders in the past). I wish all merchants were as wonderful to shop with as Zappos. Sincerely, "
