"Hello Zappos : ) I just have to say that you all do a wonderful job with customer service; always putting the customer first. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter from another website and I have had so many troubles! It costs an arm and a leg to return them (they have been the wrong size, twice now). I pay almost as much for shipping and handling then I do the actual shoes. I ended up saying "forget it", came to Zappos.com, and ordered from there.
