"Recently I went to the shoe store around the corner from me to buy two pairs of shoes for myself. Even though I am a fairly regular customer there, I was treated EXTREMELY rudely by one of the sales people. I left without making a purchase, needless to say. When I needed shoes for my son, even though the near-by store carries them, I refused to give them more business. In far less time than it takes me to ride down the elevator and walk half a block to the store, I ordered a pair of PF Flyers for my son. They came fast!.
