"Hello, during the past several years I have had the pleasure of ordering from Zappos and always had wonderful service. I just now needed to say I can't believe the experience I had this past week. On Tuesday evening, I ordered 2 pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter. Just to be certain concerning size, I ordered an 11 and a 12. (The outcome was that I kept size 11 as she had enough room and am returning the size 12 - even the experience of getting the label and making the return was incredible.) It was approximately 9:00 pm NY time when the order was placed and the sales associate that helped me said we could get them as early as Friday or the beginning of the following week of Mon. December 15th. That was all perfectly fine. The next afternoon, my husband called me at work to say the boots had arrived! All I can say is that I have never gotten something delivered to me that quickly – both sizes, perfect condition. Zappos is certainly to be commended for this kind of service and I want to say thank you all very much. This is certainly a team effort and involves many people to provide this kind of service. Please keep up the good work, wish you much continued success and I certainly look forward to my next shopping experience. Happy holidays to the entire company and that we will all be blessed with a prosperous 2009. "
