"Every time I order from Zappos I am always pleasantly surprised again and again with your great, fantastic, customer service. I know that I have come to expect great service from Zappos but am still so surprised every time. Not only do you have such fantastic items and the variety but this unbelievable lightning fast delivery is so terrific!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Saturday and when I returned from work at 4:00 pm there they were at my door, exactly what I ordered! I could not have found these here locally; the price was fine and the delivery so speedy. I have not dealt with a single company that is anywhere as near as great as yours; none of them have good old fashioned customer service, redesigned for the internet, as you do. I tell everyone how great Zappos is. You are a great company and obviously you all know what you are doing!!! Keep up the good work!! "
