"As if said in the past, I have dealt with several...many internet businesses and have had very few totally positive results in completing my transactions and/or getting exactly what I want in my order. However, Zappos 'IS' a BIG step above and has 'THE' edge in total customer satisfaction. I actually ordered a pain of Keen Jaspers at approximately 4:30 pm Miami Beach Florida time zone. As the Zappos representative apologized because it was beyond the cut off time frame, he stated that regardless he would do whatever he could to attempt to get the shoes sent out NEXT DAY so that I could have them today. WELL DAMN!!! Excuse my French but...I opened my e-mail and I have a tracking number that my shoes which I wanted to wear this weekend for a social outing,'WILL ARRIVE TODAY'...So respectfully I again say DAMN!!!! That's INCREDIBLE service. Only companies like Zappos will survive these economical times simply because everyone appreciates being taken care of. I thank you Zappos and 'ALL' the representatives who have assisted me throughout the year on purchasing shoes...that I really didn't need...but couldn't pass up the opportunity to get what I wanted completely hassle free...If Zappos ever runs out of stock on certain items...feel free to check with my personal inventory...ha ha ha ha!! Merry Christmas Zappos...and I bet when I get my alert on another pair of shoes that you didn't have in stock at the time...I'll get yet another pair of shoes from you just in time for Xmas Day...THANKS AGAIN...
