"Last Saturday I was shopping at the mall and saw a great pair of boots at a department store. I wasn't sure about them, the price was an issue, but knowing I could return them, I made the purchase and took them home to try on with different outfits. I wondered what the chance was that Zappos would sell them for less, but even more, that Zappos would even have this current season style. Well, you folks at Zappos really surprised me! Best of all, I ordered them online on Saturday and when I got home from work on Monday, there they were! Returned first pair to the store saving $$ and while I wasn't sure I liked them at the store cost, I love them at the Zappos cost! Thanks! "
