I was in the market for a pair of snow boots for an upcoming trip to Lake Tahoe. I wasn't completely in love with the first pair I ordered, so I exchanged them for another pair that as it turned out, didn't fit very well. I then decided that I wanted the first pair back. While the original pair was enroute back to Zappos, I realized that they were the last of my size available. I called the returns dept. to see if there was any way to get them back.
