I called to cancel my order, but they had already been sent out (within 2 hrs). I explained to the rep that I will not be at the address to receive them and the military postal service is less than reliable for returns or forwarding mail. She immediately credited my account and congratulated me on a safe tour of duty. Outstanding!"
