"I called in my order on Tuesday evening, January 29th. I was told that since it was so late, my order would not arrive until Thursday, January 31st and that was fine with me. When I returned home after work today (Wednesday, January 30th) at about 5:00 p.m., the box with the boots I ordered were sitting on my front porch. WOW!!! Extremely fast service! I was very pleasantly surprised. The boots are great! Comfortable right out of the box, good arch support. Thanks to the young woman who took my order. I asked if the boots ran big or small and she told me that reports were that they ran big and that if I usually wear a size 9 1/2 that a 9 would probably be what I needed and it was. The size is perfect. They are everything I expected and more. I don't believe I could have found a better quality boot at the price I paid for them and the fact that they were made in the U.S.A. is an added bonus. Thank you once again! I expect to have these quality made boots for years to come. "
