"Dear Zappos - On November 27th I am traveling to Bethel, Alaska (major minus degrees in the winter)to do some public health nursing. I knew I should have thought about replacing my 20+ year old Sorels weeks ago but just never got around to it. I decided to take a chance and place an order for a new pair of Sorels on 11/18 with high hopes that they would arrive by Saturday 11/25. I thought it would be a miracle if they did arrive in time for my trip. What an awesome surprise to find the Zappos box waiting at my doorstep TODAY November 21st!!!
