"I have been shopping with Zappos since 2004, so for 3 years now, and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I have received. Even when the shoes didn't fit, the transactions have been a positive experience. The ease of the returns process and free shipping both directions makes ordering carefree. If they don't fit, send them back. If they are uncomfortable, send them back. If the style isn't perfect, send them back. No questions asked. What really, really shocked me was the EXCHANGE process. I called, explained that I needed a different size, and they sent it out without needing the first pair back before processing my order! The correct size was shipped OVERNIGHT! This is great customer service. Thank you, Zappos. You really are a service company that just happens to sell shoes! I won't shop for shoes anywhere else! "
