"I just want to drop a note to Zappos to thank them for the most excellent service on this order. My son is returning to college in two days and decided he needed new running shoes before he left. We could not have them shipped to college as it is a post office box and I was dreading having to deliver the shoes to him in person. Much to my delight, even though this order was placed at 16:59, it still managed to be processed and shipped via next day delivery. The shoes were delivered today in time to be packed for his return. Again, thanks for the excellent service and kudos to Zappos."
