"I just want to thank you for the incredible service you provided in my exchange of shoes. Everyone I contacted by phone was incredibly friendly and helpful and the directions I received via email were very clear. The shoes were shipped so fast; I did not even realize they had arrived back in a matter of a couple of days. I was astounded! I have just tried to deal with a problem with getting service with another company who promises 100% satisfaction. It has been frustrating. I told them to drop 100% satisfaction in their advertising but I'm sure they won't. It's too bad they have not had the same training as I assume your folks all have. What a difference! Again I say thank you! I will continue to use Zappos and will tell as many people as I can to do the same. "
