"Hello I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had shopping with you. I recently purchased a pair of beautiful Naot shoes for my wife to be. When they arrived (which was very quickly) I packed them in my suitcase. I was traveling the next day to meet up with her in the midwest. When we got to our room I gave her the box with the shoes. When she opened them there was a small stain on the shoe. She was very disappointed. When I got home I called to see what I needed to do to get the shoes exchanged. The rep I talked to issued a return and sent the label to my e-mail, put in a replacement order with a request for visual inspection before shipping. Her new shoes arrived in a couple of days. Your service is exceptional and I will purchase from you again. Thank you, "
