"This past weekend here in upstate New York we received several inches of snow and our children’s snow boots had gotten too small from last year so because of weather conditions, we elected to shop online with zappos and we would like to convey that the experience and customer service was outstanding… yes, outstanding! I myself am in the customer service line of work and my employer should take lessons from zappos. Delivery was very fast, our children are wearing their snow boots Monday the 24th.
