"Could Zappos be any better? I am a HUGE Ugg fan and have been for many years. I desperately needed a new pair and could not find the black classic short ANYWHERE in NYC. I ordered a 7 (my normal Ugg size) and when they arrived, thought I might need to try an 8 (I'm pregnant!). I called Zappos at 6:30pm EST on Tuesday, November 20th and was told they'd send me the 7s before I even returned the 8s... on good faith! The woman told me she couldn't guarantee I'd get them Wednesday as it was just before Thanksgiving and I was ordering after 1pm PST. Well, she was wrong... they arrived by 10am EST on Wednesday morning. What amazing customer service! It turns out that the 7 was just fine, but the option to try the 8 and compare at no cost to me was what turned me into a loyal customer. I'll be back!!!"
