I haven't found a department store that is as reliable as Zappos! I am astonished at your excellent, and I do mean EXCELLENT customer service. So satisfied, to the point of excitement, are the feelings I muster when ordering from your site. Your constant communication about my order placement and shipment is so reassuring and then the super quick method that you ship, tells the customer, "Hey, WE Care!" I talk about you to everyone I know. I have ordered other things from other companies on the web. They pale in the light of your "super hero" customer service. Your pages and pages of testimonials say it all. Every shoe manufacturer should want you to offer their shoe on your site. I love the customer reviews of the shoes; it truly helps those of us with different feet concerns to choose a shoe that will be comfortable and stylish. Also, the fact that I receive the shoes at my home and can try them on with different outfits makes a big difference in choosing the right shoe. A great big thank you to Zappos for doing it right!"
