"Once again your customer department came through for me. I bought a handbag a few weeks ago at a local store. A friend of mine just loved it and wanted one for herself. We were unable to find it at the same store, so I went on a mission to find one for her. Sure enough, I found it at Zappos and on sale. When she called to place the order there was some confusion with regard to the description. Since I owned the bag, and the item pictured looked the same as my bag, I decided to call and "make sure". A young lady was very helpful and was able to help me determine that this was in fact "the bag”. I wish all companies were as helpful and caring as yours. Thanks again. "
