"Sometimes I think a company focuses so much on "making a buck" that they forget what it is that brings in their revenue - their customer. Zappos "gets it" - they realize their customers are what they should be focusing on. They understand the value of setting themselves apart from their competitors. They live their mission to serve their clients with the best service in the industry - not just as an online business either. I was not pleased with a product - Zappos customer service handled the incident beautifully (would not have been handled well by a competitor - guaranteed). If you have not shopped with Zappos, you are missing a great experience! You need to shop Zappos - it is a so easy and the quality of products and service are unsurpassable. Go Zappos! "
