I have such a strange foot: the front part is longer proportionately than the back, so I have to try on a dozen pairs to find only one that works (Boots and mules are my best bet), and I can order as many pairs as I want at one time without worrying about the cost of shipping. When they arrive, I try them all on, select what I want, pack up the rest, drop 'em off at the mailing store down the hill from me, and WHOOSH! Showing the photos of the shoes on both the order and return forms is brilliant. The return process could not be more user-friendly. Now when I'm in the mall and see shoes I like, I come home and sign on to your site to purchase them from you! And your site offers me brands that I've never seen at the mall, which incidentally has been a gift, since I've found several very comfy (and stylish!) shoes I wouldn't have found otherwise.
