"I had a very bad experience ordering online with a leading sports store. I not only got sent a hat instead of shoes, but upon trying to reorder and send the item back, I had to pay for reshipping and they were out of stock. IT TOOK TWELVE DAYS TO GET THE WRONG ITEM!!! I started looking online the same evening and came across Zappos. Zappos not only had the item but it was sitting at my front door in less than 24 hours and it was free shipping. Zappos will be the first place I look from now on and I guarantee you the other store will never see another penny of my money. I may not bankrupt them, but word of mouth locally will hurt them!!! The store in question definitely lives up to its name!!! "
