Although I have experienced your great selection, quick service, and easy returns in the past, when my hair stylist recommended another website, I figured I would give them a try. I placed an order online on April 2nd. On April 8th, I checked my order status online and it was still "in process". I decided to call their customer service to confirm whether or not my shoes had shipped yet.
