What I've done is I've filled in that form, so Zappos will let me know when/if the shoes become available and we'll just see. In the mean time, I have actually (although tenuously) tracked some in brown down from another store, although its advertising them as being BOTH US 5 and UK 5, so I'm a bit worried about it, but I guess all I can do is wait until they arrive.
