"I would like to take a moment and THANK YOU for holding up your end of this transaction. I ordered my niece a pair of "Heelys" from a competitor's website July 10, 2007, with confidence that they would arrive for her birthday on the 25th of July. I live in Ohio and the rest of my family lives in Michigan. I have become reliant on ordering on the Internet when shopping for various gifts. I received an e-mail from this other site alerting me that my order was on "backorder" and would ship out on the 30th of July. I had a somewhat hard time finding the Heelys that my niece wanted in her size, so I decided to keep my order. A couple days late wouldn't be that big of a deal. The first week of August, my niece waited at the door with great anticipation of her gift. When they had not arrived on the 15th of August, I called to check the status of my order. I was told they were still on backorder, and the new expected date was on the 8th of August. (We were well beyond the 8th by this point.) Out of absolute disgust, I canceled my order and found your site. I placed my order on August 15th, 2007, and my niece received her gift the NEXT day, just as you promised. My only regret was not finding your site first. I know that most customers will only report complications, so I thought it would be refreshing to share my story. However, if this is the standard service you provide, complications must be few and far between. Thank you again! "
