"Zappos, I would like to commend you on your business' recent fulfillment of my order for a pair of Keen Blackcomb boots. Previously I had searched for them in local stores, yet they were not available in my size. I took the chance of ordering them online because I had previously ordered from you and it went smoothly and there was the easy return process if need be. My order was shipped immediately and the shipping service was upgraded which brought the shoes to me this Tuesday morning after ordering on Sunday. Upon opening the box, instead of a plethora of information (like Amazon), there was a simple and easy to read letter recommending to only wear the shoes indoors, so to guarantee the items could still be returned. If the box was full of other materials I would probably not have read this letter, yet because of its simplicity it gave even more reassurance about Zappos service. And then, the shoes themselves are wonderful. They are a great pair of insulated winter walking boots and I decided I was so pleased with their quality and the Zappos process that it was then easy to decide to wear them outside and that all went well with ordering shoes online, once again. I send this feedback because I think it is important to recognize successes and when things or processes work, amidst many systems which do or do not work as well. It was a very smooth transaction, one of the smoothest, in fact, I've ever dealt with in an online transaction. So, thank you Zappos for this excellent service you have provided.
