"Dear Zappos Team, Owning my own small business, we are always amazed at the lack of good customer service these days. My story I hope you share with your team. When I ordered a pair of boots along with a second pair, I wanted them shipped overnight but couldn't figure out how to do that when I checked out. When I realized that I had not clicked the overnight delivery, I sent an email late in the evening when I received a confirmation. I then received a confirmation to that email saying it would be 15 hours I think it said before I would get an answer. I was a little dismayed; however, there was a phone number to call. The first thing the next day I called that number and a young lady in this day and age was extremely helpful and had such wonderful manners. She asked to put me on hold and returned and said that they in fact would be shipped overnight and at no charge to me. THIS IS EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!! As my good friend said, “Now you have a customer for life!!” And I am spreading the good news. I never heard of you until I started watching What Not to Wear. Great job and I am only sorry that I forgot that young lady's name. She truly provided extraordinary service. Great Job!! "
