"I just wanted to say sorry it took me so long to write Zappos. A few years ago I needed boots for work and a friend of mine gave me this website. I ordered the boots and they were amazing, not to mention what I really wanted in a price I could afford (usually does not happen, I have expensive taste haha). I wore the boots to work like I ordered them for and they ripped. I was very upset b/c I loved these boots. I called Zappos and you sent me a new pair before I had time to take the old ones to the post office to return. Amazing, you knew (because I told you) I needed these for work and you sent me a brand new pair before returning the others at NO charge to me. Loving the customer service, I ordered another pair of great shoes. I received the shoes in 2 days! Last night I ordered a pair of sneakers for my husband… who I have to add is so picky about his sneakers. He hates designs and any colors. Not to mention he prefers New Balance, but needs a wide width, most stores never have this. I looked on Zappos and he saw a pair he loves for again a great price. I ordered the shoes last night and this morning received an email, in the email states that my shipping has been expedited at no cost to me. I usually get standard shipping and receive my order in about 2 days. I just wanted to say thank you for your great customer service and I look forward to ordering more shoes soon. "
